"Excellent"

"Excellent. Great stay. Fantastic staff. "

"The room was super small and when checking in the put my bags in someone else room"

"Beautiful hotel, comfortable & clean rooms and excellent lounge service, with smooth check-in and check-out. Service and child friendly areas lacking, and small details like reception not picking up the phone, unresponsive room service, niece being given food with allergen when stated clearly before. For a hotel of this standard and price, much greater care is needed, particularly with food allergies."

"The location was excellent, the area was high-quality, the comfort was fantastic, and the service was very good. It was a great experience, and I would choose this hotel again in the future."

"Excellent staff"

"The Dorchester is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The property is beautiful, the staff was very attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable."

"Staff was were amazing, apt was perfect, would stay more if I didn't have an apt on Harley St. "

"This hotel is beautiful. The staff are really great and where do kind to us. Only feedback is that the pool is not really a pool. The spa is stunning but small so feels very busy. Would 100% stay again."

"From our welcome by very kind uniformed doormen to our early and thorough check-in by front-desk staff, until our final departure we were treated in the most respectful manner. The décor was beyond gorgeous, with a variety of textures and colors that were delightfully pleasing. The rooms were exquisite and one of the finest that we have ever experienced! While it is expensive, it paid dividends in comfort, convenience, and high quality."

"We were warmly greeted by a very friendly staff member who brought hot tea to our room, and we found a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us. The room was clean and more accommodating than we had anticipated. The breakfast was excellent. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I plan to return to the London location soon and will be visiting the Como in Bordeaux in April 2027."

"Amazing service. Great location. Clean quiet rooms."

"We would stay here again - the location, ambience, staff and amenities were all good."

"There were places to eat nearby and in the heart of central London; it was a quiet area, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, with everything needed to make the stay go smoothly. The staff were all helpful and nice, offering tea or a drink. The hotel is worthy of 5 star. Please be aware that they do keep 150 pounds per night as incidental, return once all is well at the end of the stay."

"Loved our stay"

"Beautiful new hotel in the perfect London Mayfair location still close to Trafalgar, Soho. No nice grand entry, breakfast restaurant so so, rooftop bar neat. Biggest downside is so many rooms that just look out into another room very close by so we tended to just leave drapes shut for privacy which just feels wrong for a $2000 room"

"Best hotel in London "

"Brilliant weekend away. The staff, especially Sayli and Chai were so welcoming and kind. Brilliant location. A cosy, romantic stay close to Hyde Park, Mayfair and Oxford Street but in a quiet street."

"One of the most amazing rooms I’ve ever been in"

"Fantastic hotel, our second visit and very dog friendly. Super comfortable rooms and great central location"
