Ok

The staff are nice and friend just that the hotel does not have breakfast ,they had to refer me to another hotel to take my breakfast which I had paid online. (10mins walk)...so watch out.. Hotel is calm and about 5mins from metro

There is no elevator in this property even for those gong as far as to the 5th floor. Cleaning was a problem to the extent the beddings were never changed for the whole one week we spent there. But the location is great and accessible to the metro lines. The staff were also friendly.

Not for a family with kids

We had booked a 3 double bed but we were given a 2 double bed smaller room. There was no lift in the building. The water in the shower stopped when I was giving a bath to my 1 year old kid and he had soap all over him for 15 minutes. The WiFi was terrible as the connection was very poor.

Очень чистый, простой отель

Останавливались вдвоём в мае 2018 года. Номер очень небольшой - кровать, стол, шкаф. В ванной комнате - душ и туалет. Прибирались каждый день. Постельное белье было чистое, как будто его каждый день меняли. При заселении в номере не было полотенец, по запросу выдали 2 шт на двоих. Но через несколько дней опять их забрали, пришлось снова просить. Так же просили фен. Персонал вежлив, заселили сразу по приезду. За свои деньги - очень чистый, простой отель.

Not a nice hotel.

Further out of Paris than I expected from booking information. The bathroom was dirty, and no shower curtain, or toilet seat cover. The wifi only worked briefly. The fittings were battered. However the linen was clean.

The family that operates the hotel are wonderful. Very clean and comfortable room. The location is awesome. I was a short walk to all the major tourist sites.

I checked-in late by about 30 mins only to be told by the receptionist that I do not have a booking. Later she told me that she was not able to figure out earlier because someone else had claimed themselves to be me and the room had been allocated to them. Seriously ??? I was provided an alternate room (without a twin bed, for which I had a reservation) towards the rear side of the hotel. There was some construction work going on which was producing a lot of noise. It was a difficult thing to stay in the room with all the noise, so I asked them to change the room. They agreed to it but was told that I would be allocated a different room the next day :(. The same night I complained of insufficient heating in the room (the room heater was not working at all), to which they replied that room heating was automatic and hence not under their control. I wasn't expecting much from the hotel except the basic amenities which was missing, surprisingly. Overall, a disappointing experience, which was offset in part by good hospitality of the hotel staff. since she had given my room to someone else, who claimed themselves to be me, she was not able to figure out

Old hotel and it shows

Near Gurd du Nord (15 min walk), it was hard to find, it is right next to Porte Saint Martin off to side street in the residential area with several restaurants. Hotel is old building (reminds me of one cir 1900 NYC hotel), near bus stop 22 (to Opera) coming back bus 22 stops 3 blocks south. 5 min from Republique for metro. Ok, I had hard time about this place as it is under construction and price was bit high due to Easter break, so my rating will be according to the value and I feel bad as staff was very friendly and accomodating. Building is old, and facility is also old. Rooms were small, bathroom small. In my quad room, only two outlets (1 in bathroom and 1 by the door, 20 feet away from the bed.) Beds were average but wall papers were peeling off, shower head broken. The room gave me a buggy feeling and I have been hiby jiby about it. I checked for bed bugs (for all hotels even in Hilton) and it was clean. Place is kept clean but with construction some noise and dusts. No kitchen so no breakfast as well. for the price I have paid it was not a good value. For price below $80 it will compete with hostels so then it can be a value. Room has beds, TV, table and chairs, small closet space. Bathroom has shower, toilet, and sink. With staff on hand 24 hours, security is good and very friendly.

Nada do que tem no site da Expedia em relaçao a este TERRIVEL hotel é verdadeiro, as fotos não corresponde com a realidade. Quando fiz o chekin e subi ao quarto, quase desmaio de tanta decepçao, pessimas estalaçoes, o hotel estava em reforma muito barulho, poeira, mofo nas paredes, instalaçoes de aquecedor precaria, paredes do quarto descascando, instalaçoes sanitarias pessimo, nao havia condiçoes nenhuma de se hospedar "naquilo" que chamam de Hotel.Tive ansia de vomito várias vezes dentro daquilo. Recusei-me a me hospedar"naquilo".

Nice and friendly

Na recepci byli velice milí a přívětiví. Snažili se komunikovat anglicky. Stav hotelu byl odpovídající k cenám. Nicméně pokud neočekáváté zlaté podnosy určitě tento hotel postačí :)

Ottima posizione. Vicino metro e principali attrazioni di Parigi. Asciugamani e lenzuola presenti. Personale molto cortese . L'hotel pero' nel complesso e'da ristrutturare. Manca l'ascensore, noi eravamo al quinto piano. Per chi vuole visitare parigi, senza pretese.

Iedereen in het hotel was erg vriendelijk en spreekt redelijk goed Engels. Alleen de laatste avond hadden we te maken met een vrij boze en bijna agressieve baliemedewerker... jammer De beste man dreigde gelijk de politie te bellen zonder ons eerst uit te leggen wat er nu eigenlijk aan de hand was.. Voor de prijs die betaald is, was het hotel oke. Tuurlijk is niet alles perfect en helemaal schoon, maar het was prima te doen. Echt jammer van die laatste avond..

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sind die Zimmer OK. Man darf keine Ansprüche an Komfort oder Ähnlichem stellen (kein Fahrstuhl Zimmer im 5. Stock - zwei funktionietende Steckdosen). Das Frühstück war dafür sehr gut, das Frühstückszimmer ist mit 10 Sitzplätzen jedoch viel zu klein, man musste schon lange warten. Das die Rezeption 24h geöffnet war, war schon gut. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen, die Betten waren groß genug und sauber.

La stanza 02

A prima vista e dalle foto sembrava tutto ok, niente di eccezionale ma visto il prezzo... Entriamo in camera e lo sconforto sale. C'era una puzza di fossa biologica esagerata, colpa degli scarichi centralizzati che passano all'interno del.bagno, la.puzza sicuramente usciva per qualche guarnizione andata. La stanza è spoglia e molto umida, appena arrivati abbiamo notato che le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano usati da clienti precedenti, il bagno era iper sporco, siamo scesi a comprare un prodotto igienizante per il bagno e pulirlo. L'hotel è ad 1 stella e non due o tre come riporta su app e siti di prenotazione. Il personale è gentile invece, nulla dire, ecco perché non ho divelto il bancone per la situazione. La conclusione è che se siete dei ragazzi che vanno all'avventura, non fanno caso a molte cose e stanno in stanza solo per dormire al volo, è perfetto, altrimenti, per l'esperienza con la stanza 02 non mi sento di consigliarlo, ripeto, è una recensione stretta alla mia stanza, le altre non ho avuto modo di vederle.

Nice location, small & old room

the hotel only 10 mins walking to East station, perfect location when get off the airport bus. Staff are really really helpful & nice but cannot really speak English The room is very small and old, toilet is really small, old and dirty, uncomfortable. I believe the room is newly decorated and you can smell the oil & painting. I am not sure this cheap price in Paris, but only good point is price & location, that's all

ingen ventilation på rummet. blev kondens på väggar och rutor så fort du starta duschen. lika så när man vaknade på morgonen så var det kondens på väggar och fönster. allmänt kallt på hela hotellet. ingen värme någonstans. handdukarna byttes ut men fick endast små. relativt nära till buss och tunnelbana. ligger lite vid sidan av på en slumgata

Отличный отель за эту цену! Хорошее расположение, общественным транспортом вообще не пользовались. До всех достопримечательностей ходили пешком, за одно и город посмотрели. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Вкусные завтраки (круассан, багет, 3 кусочка масла, 3 упаковки джема, графин с апельсиновым соком, чайник с кофе, чайник с молоком). Если еще раз соберусь в Париж, то выберу этот отель.
