I did not stay for more than 5 minutes. I immediately knew that the room was going to be dirty because the hallways were littered with dirty and food. The bed had hair on it. In multiple places! A hotel can be old, can have bad staff, but it must be clean above all else!

Perfect location, helpful crew…

The hotel is in a very central location, it is possible to reach almost everywhere on foot or by metro. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but adequate and comfortable. The cleaning was done very well. I stayed at Park Lane for three days and I was very satisfied.

The staff was very helpful and spoke English very well so I didn't feel lost when directions were required. We had an issue with our room the first night and they relocated us asap. We were very thankful. The only down fall was the lobby was being renovated so there was no place to seat and relax in the lobby - felt sorry for the staff who were trying to work during all the construction. We made the best of the situation ...I would stay there again.

This property, located in the 8th, is in a very good location! You’ve got multiple metro stops close by and a plethora of dining options! I also felt very safe coming and going from the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and attentive to our requests. I would definitely come back to stay here next time I’m in Paris!
