À l’arrivée, à l’accueil, on commence par vous tutoyer avec un accent spécial. La chambre est un modèle d’horreur : exiguë, sans climatisation, sale, la salle de bain est minuscule, on peut à peine s’asseoir sur les toilettes. Le téléphone intérieur tient à peine au mur et ne marche pas. Le ménage n’est pas fait, vous revenez le soir de votre journée et vous retrouvez le lit ouvert, la serviette par terre, etc. Il n’y a pratiquement pas de savon dans la salle de bain, juste un rectangle épais comme un papier cigarette. Ce n’est pas une serviette de douche mais une serviette à mains que vous devrez utiliser. Il n’y a bien sûr pas de wi-fi propriétaire de l’hôtel avec mot de passe Je demande expressément au site HOTELS.COM de dé-référencer un bouge pareil.

Déception

Hôtel dans Paris, à un quart d'heure à pied de la gare Paris Bercy, métro Dugommier. L'emplacement est pratique. L'hôtel dans son ensemble est vieillot, la moquette et le sommier sont défraichis mais le linge est propre. Pas de déco mais tarif très compétitif pour Paris. Le point noir: pas d'eau chaude! Pas de préavis, aucune solution proposée, pas de geste commercial. Il faut aimer la douche froide (littéralement).

Comment peut on être aussi odieux ?

J'avais réservé cette chambre pour ma sœur. Je suis monté l'aider à s'installer dans l'après-midi (4e étage sans ascenseur) et nous en avons profité pour parler des problèmes de santé de notre mère qui vient d'entrer en Ephad. Situation très douloureuse pour nous. Le responsable a fait un scandale car nous sommes restés 40mn dans sa chambre tous les 2 (la tempête grondait dehors) alors que la chambre était pour une personne. Laissant sous-entendre que nous avions pris cette chambre pour faire des galipettes. Tellement odieux que nous sommes partis trouver un autre hôtel (sans pouvoir nous faire rembourser cette chambre). Donc non, Monsieur. C'est ma sœur. Vous l'auriez vu si vous intéressiez à vos semblables. Elle a 68 ans (10 de moins que vous). Et nous n'avons pas pour habitude de nous envoyer en l'air pour fêter nos retrouvailles. S'il y a autant de commentaires négatifs sur votre comportement et votre établissement et que votre note globale est aussi basse, demandez vous s'il ne serait pas préférable pour vous de profiter d'une retraite bien méritée ?

Le seul problème est qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et 70 marches pour arriver jusqu'au 4ème et dernier étage, avec les bagages. Les matelas sont à changer, car affaissé au niveau des deux endroits de couchage.

受付にいる、年配の男の人は英語が通じず、会話が成り立ちません。若い方になると通じるので大丈夫です。 部屋の方は、点検をしていないのかシャワールームの電気がついて消えての連続です。 また、枕元にコンセントもないため、充電が出来ません。ドライヤーも備え付けではありません。

l'accueil a été des plus chaleureux établissement simple et proche de tous les commerces de plus il est très abordable le petit déjeuner est très copieux. De plus l'hôtel se trouve à 15 min à pied de Bercy (proximité de spectacles et également de la gare routière de bus)

I was given a room that was not in the main building but in the backyard. The positive was that I did not have to take my heavy luggage case upstairs (no lift), but staying in a standalone room was a bit strange and awkward. The facility overall need improvement, shower was not good. A 1-night stay shall be fine but not recommended for longer stay.

L'hotel est simple, vieillot, pas d'ascenseur mais un petit escalier pour monter jusqu'au 3ieme étage. Chambre très petite mobilier peu fonctionnel et hors d'age, rénovation faite à minima. Literie acceptable chauffage avec radiateur d'appoint, l'installation centrale ne fonctionne pas. Personnel accueillant, sympathique et serviable. Petit déjeuner hors de prix 12€ pour 1/2 tasse de café+ 1 croissant et un morceau de pain10cm + 1 beurre et 1 confiture; malgré la gentillesse et bonne volonté du personnel.
