Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly! The bathroom was pretty small and only hand soap was provided, so remember to bring shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. Additionally, the bed was actually two twin beds pushed together- still very comfortable to sleep on, just a surprise. Overall very happy with out stay!

Our room was an Eiffel Tower view room which was beautiful. The metro runs directly outside which is loud with the windows open but when closed they mask the noise. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Lovely experience.

The location 10/10, restaurants, Eiffel Tower,bars are all walkable. The staff especially Ali he went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable after alittle issue I had with my room…always ready to help and make sure you’re happy. I’m satisfied

The hotel was in a good location, room was clean but if you need a lot of moving space this is not the hotel for you. Staff was helpful with helping us with directions. Breakfast was ok, we only ate there because we paid for it in advance; otherwise we would have eaten elsewhere. Air conditioner seemed to work better while we were out because it would be cold when we returned at night, but then at bedtime it was warm and it was extremely loud, I had to wear earplugs to get sleep. Overall an okay hotel because we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower out of windows at night.

Ideal location, close to train and about 1mi to eiffel tower, however, the room has musty smell and bedding smells like laundry that didn't dry properly. Poor room ventilation, we had to open the window most of the time to air out the musty smell. Pillows are comfortable but the bed isn't. Website indicated parking assistance or discount but property did not provide. Ended up parking renting parking space privately.

We stayed here for a week. Everything was good. The rooms are small but they were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was nice and always helpful. One of the best things about this hotel is that it's also only a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

The place was pleasant enough. Small room but I guess ok for Paris standards. It was a quiet, and pleasant stay overall. The neighbourhood was also not too far from the Eiffel Tower via the metro which was convenient. So I can say that I enjoyed my stay here. Staff were always very friendly too!

We were lucky enough to get a 5th floor room with views of the Eiffel tower and Invalides. Room itself was clean and comfortable. Had daily room service and 24 hr reception. Loved our stay. Great little hotel.

Excellent Paris hotel

Adorable boutique hotel with lovely room. Very clean and well kept. Conveniently located within walking distance of most attractions. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful! Their English is very good and they were extremely patient with me trying my very limited French.

The rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Unfortunately we arrived late in the evening,our AC was not working , and they were fully occupied. The next morning they treated us to breakfast and for the remainder of our stay and assured us someone was coming to address the issue. When we came back in the afternoon, they had not been able to repair AC, they were still fully occupied and they provided an oscillating fan. My husband lacked faith that they would address the issue. On our last day and evening/ night we had AC repaired. They were very apologetic. So all in all it was a good stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely recommend the hotel to other. The only thing we'd change is the price and quality of the breakfast. The quality wasn't all that good and it was quite expensive. Other than that, it was lovely

Overall, our stay was good! The only things I didn’t like were the rooms are kind of small, the wood floor in our room could’ve been cleaned better, the tv only has local cable so it’s just a bunch of channels in Italian and no streaming apps and I feel like the staff could be more welcoming when you arrive/check in. None of those were that big of a deal so we enjoyed our stay. Located right by a metro station, lots of food options around and felt like a safe place.

Would recommend!

Clean, comfortable, cute! My friend and I opted for the twin bed room and were comfortable. Daily housekeeping and fresh towels, if desired. Walking distance (1km or so) to Eiffel Tower. Desk clerks were helpful and friendly with luggage storage and calling a taxi to the airport. Cute coffee places, restaurants, bars and a grocery store nearby.

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are smaller in comparison to big name hotels. However, I had no intention of spending all my time in my room. It had everything you need, with a lovely view (even on the side you're not able to see the Eiffel Tower). I enjoyed that my stay felt more personal and appreciated than at a big name hotel. I was able to hear other hotel guests, but it wasn't bad. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cannot fault the hotel. Staff were really friendly. Didn’t have breakfast as found cheaper elsewhere. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Only issue was with shower not draining but was sorted when mentioned. Ideal location to see sights and walked to Eiffel Tower as was quicker than metro. Would definitely return to Paris and would definitely stay at Hotel Eiffel Segur when I return and would recommend

Lots of restaurants nearby and metro was walking distance. Room was clean BUT… - elevator was really small, can barely fit 2 people and definitely wouldn’t recommend to someone who’s claustrophobic - not nicely laid out, as soon as you get off the elevator, you still have to carry your luggage up/down 1 flight of narrow spiral staircase with not much space on the landing - the website says king size bed which I was looking forward to but we only got a double - the ‘bar’ is basically the reception with drinks - staff could be more warm and welcoming
