Utrolig hård seng, ubehagelig lugt på værelset af indelukket luft. De havde ikke modtaget reservationen, selvom jeg havde alle papirerne. Hotellet ligger ca en time fra fra eiferltårnet på gåben

Simple, good value hotel close to town centre

We spent 3 nights there and were a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews but the room was a good size, especially the bathroom, sheets and towels were clean and the hotel is in a good position to get to the town centre (20 minutes by bike, easy walking distance to metro). We had a bath with shower attachment. The owner was always by reception and happy to make recommendations and answer questions in French. Fantastic value for Paris, we had a very pleasant stay. There is a bar/restaurant attached which we didn't try.

Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix... L'accueil laisse a désirer (pour eux impossible de trouver la réservation, difficulté à comprendre nos demandes...) La chambre es assez bien agencée mais manque de prises électriques, dont une qui fonctionne mal. Grande salle de bain. La literie, sans commentaire, avoir mal dans tout le corps au réveil tellement le matelas est inconfortable. Bruit dans l'établissement la nuit, après avoir prévenu l'accueil rien n'a changé...

Chambre propre, bonne literie,confort moyen. Par contre problème d'eau. L'eau était froide, pas de pression voir pas d'eau du tout par moment. Difficile de prendre sa douche dans ses condition, voir même impossible.... Idem pour les WC.... Dommage car Hôtel propre malgré la vétusté.

Bonjour, Séjour très court car il ne m'avait bloquer aucune chambre. En plus je suis tombé sur un très mauvais jour (jour de foot a la télé) donc la personne de l'accueil m'a reçus elle m'a dit hotel "je n'ai aucune chambre e disponible pour vous" moi "j'ai une réservation qui a bien été confirmé" hotel "de toute façon j'ai rien" puis elle est repartis voir sont match l’esprit libre. 15-20 minutes s'écoule et il revient il me dit vous avez cas aller dans un autre hôtel à 15 minutes (il été même incapable de me donner l'adresse exacte) j'ai du moi même téléphoner à l'hotel etc

Hotel de l'Europe

Situé dans le 14ème, ce petit hôtel modeste est très bien situé. A 5minutes du métro, commerces de proximité, boulangerie, pharmacie, etc. Le quartier est plutot calme, ce qui est appréciable à Paris. Niveau service, rien à redire. Le personnel est prêt à aider, et nous avons été très bien reçu ! Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner à l'hotel, impossible de nous exprimer dessus. A notre arrivée, l'ascenseur était en panne, mais ce n'était pas bien grave ! Les couloirs sont propres, les escaliers aussi, et les voisins étaient discrets. La chambre était propre, ainsi que les draps, couettes et oreillers. Seule la moquette était un peu élimée, et le plafond un peu noirci. Mais rien de grave, le reste était impeccable, surtout la salle de bain, ne comportant aucune trace de moisissure ou autre. Le seul problème majeur provenait de notre matelas. D'habitude nous ne sommes pas très exigeants sur la qualité de ce dernier. Mais il faut avouer que celui ci était particulièrement inconfortable : on sentait les ressorts, aucun confort, et impossible de passer une bonne nuit dessus. Mais nous n'étions la que pour 3 jours, du coup cela fut supportable. Excepté ça, le séjour fut parfait et nous gardons un bon souvenir de cet hôtel !

저렴하게 이용할 수 있는 사이트를 알려주셔서 호텔 로비에서 예약하여 이용하였습니다. 친절하게 얘기해주시고 룸도 직접 보여주시며 괜찮은지 확인하고는 친절히 알려주었습니다. 저희는 전자렌지 이용하였는데 물어보면 호텔안에서 이용하는부분들은 친절히 사용하게 해주었고 가방도 맡아주어 편리하게 이용할 수 있었습니다.

Disappointing!

Very basic rooms. No room service altough it should have been included! We only had 2 super small towels in the bathroom. They didn't get changed. Also the heating was turned on full power and could not be turned down. Only plus is that the area is quiet and that you are somewhat close to the city center. All in all it's ok for a very short visit.
