The staff is very friendly and they are in the lobby 24/7. It’s located in a very good place, close to the train and bus stations, as well as close to many restaurants. The room could be fancier but for the money it is very well and comfy

It is not beautiful hotel but for the business trip we enjoyed best cost / performance. They have just all what we need. Receptionists are not smiling all the time but we found them very friendly and provide good service. In addition, we had enough hot water for shower which is very precious for Paris.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is clearly a 3 star hotel however came with a great price. It’s in a great area, local market, lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Transit is located a short walk away and made it very easy to access all parts of the city. Cons- mold in the top corners of shower, loud at night (not an issue for us but notable), dated. With that noted we would definitely stay here again.

Very simple, good location. Skip the ”breakfast”. Roll of toilet paper was moist and shredded. Room cleaning was ok.

this is my second time in this hotel, I enjoyed the stay here, easy access to downtown Paris by bus or train, laundry around the corner, restaurants in one block away, and a chinese restaurant next door, feels safe to walk at night in the neighborhood, I would come back a third time, has elevator in the building and small TV in the room, stores in the block for basic needs and groceries

Lovely staff speaks english too which was a bonus, clean rooms and bedding. rooms are abit dated and could hear the traffic throughout the night due to old windows but was just a place to sleep and no issues overall. Convenient location is around 30mins walk to eiffel tower or a taxi is around 12euros. Local transport accessible close by too. Great thank you

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Convenien

We had a great week-long stay with absolutely no complaints. Check-in and check-out were super simple—just picking up and dropping off the key. I booked for two adults, and they kindly allowed us to bring our two children at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. The room was a decent size with a bathroom and basic furniture. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. Daily cleaning service kept everything fresh, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Having Wi-Fi included was also a nice bonus. The location was excellent—close to everything we needed. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping options nearby. The metro station was just a few blocks away, making it very easy to get to all the major tourist attractions. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily return.

Great hotel with beautiful courtyard restaurant/ bar. Food was nice but drinks a little pricy. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Bed comfortable. Water, tea , milk, sugar and hot water kettle in room. I drink tea a lot. Room have small fridge. I liked it. Will stay there again. In the center of Paris and close to all you need. 3 nights stay. Do not choose this hotel

Stayed in this hotel from Thursday to Sunday. Hotel in itself is old and worn out. The room was cold, no heating on the floor, no place to put the shower head, smell of cigarettes in the hallways and super thin walls which made every noise extremely loud. The room itself was also pretty dirty… As previous visitors stated you have to leave the key in the reception when you leave the hotel, this was ok as the staff was friendly and helpful. All in all I would not recommend this hotel, the price is cheap and very close to the Expo center, but it is possible to get a much better hotel for a bit more money. Definitely a 1 star and not a 2 star hotel.

Staff very friendly and helpful, available 24/7, elevator works great, close to Metro 3 minute walk, grocery store nearby, multiple cafes food and drink very close. Lucky for us it was cool at night and we could keep our window open, had a good fan but no air conditioning. We brought our own stopper for tub, was not equipped with one. The hot water was perfect for the tub. Room was clean. Great area for getting around with metro. Took G7 taxi from airport was fixed rate. Uber is very available in this area. Hotel supplied soap and shampoo. Overall great stay.

This is a very humble hotel. Location is good and it’s in a walkable area with several bus stops and metro stations nearby. It’s about a 30 min ride away from Eiffel Tower. Staff was friendly and check in/out process was very easy. However, the furniture is dated, there is a strong smell of cigarette in common areas like hallways. There was no shower curtain and nowhere to hang the hand shower; so, after showering the bathroom was al messed with water. The sheets and towels looked clean. We had to ask for soap since they didn’t put any in our room (neither shampoo, but they gave it to us after we asked for it). There was no fridge neither coffee machine in the room. The room was warm on a very cold night so that was nice. They’ll tell you you have to give them your key if you go out and get it back when you return. In conclusion, we felt safe and comfortable but wouldn’t stay at this place again.

The location is great!! Metro station tight there which makes it easy to get to lot of the Paris landmark. Eiffel Tower is a 25 min train ride! This hotel is in the 15th arrondisement and we felt safe the entire time. A lot of great food options. Often open late and early. Highly recommend DUPONT cafe!!! Convenience store, pharmacy and grocery store all right beside the hotel. The staff at the hotel are amazing. The price is cheap. But you get what you pay for. Minimum toiletries. Minimum towels. The window opened on to the street which was nice for fresh air while seeing the Parisian street. The bathroom was not great. Water pressure is low however I don’t know if that’s just a Paris plumbing issue. It smelled of just wetness (if that makes sense). The caulk around the tub looked black. There hasn’t been updates to the bathroom in a while. The lighting in the room was great. Had 1 double bed and twin bed. Extra pillows(which were definitely needed), extra blankets which we also used as the heater didn’t blast too much heat. But there was one in the room. There was 1 wardrobe which was very old. One small table and 2 chairs. Practical for small stays. We were there for 5 nights and we were ready to leave. Not much amenities. They serve breakfast but we did not purchase as we rather go to Parisian cafe. Stairs recommended as elevator is small. 3 of us and 3 carryons only. But you can smell cigarette smell in stairs and stained carpet.

There was no plug for the bath, there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom and the room has bed bugs, my son was biten several times in the night , i sent pictures to manager of the bed bugs too
