Good stay and location. Great first time in Paris!

This was my first time in Paris, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel was lovely, in a good location, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Good food and service, too.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly, but it lacked the essential amenities you’d expect from any hotel—let alone a supposedly 3-star one. It felt empty and was missing many basic necessities, such as using cushions as pillows. There was no TV remote, and when I asked for one, I was given a broken replacement. The photos also looked much nicer than the hotel in reality. Toiletries didn’t exist either—only a tiny combined shampoo/shower gel was provided.

I liked the nice view from 5th floor right room. Clean room, Nice staff. I didn't like that the AC didn't work. No microwave oven in room. No refrigerator in room. The bed could be more comfortable.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and so are the people in the surrounding area. The room was clean and quiet. The RER is right across the street; it took about 30 minutes to get to the Ile de la Cite. I would definitely stay here again, mainly because of the super nice staff and the charming people of Gennevilliers.

The nearest metro station is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and the bus stop is only 2 minutes away. Most major tourist attractions can be reached within 20 minutes. While the property is a budget-friendly option, it does lack some basic amenities such as an electric kettle and minibar. Therefore, it may not be the most suitable choice for those traveling with young children.
