We stayed for 10 days with the first half for a work related trip and the remainder for vacation. The interior is modestly furnished, but comfortable. One odd thing about the layout was that the toilet was located on the opposite side of the apartment next to the kitchen and had no sink in the room like a typical powder room. You either have to use the kitchen sink or walk to the shower room to wash your hands. The location is fairly convenient to the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, and was a short trip by bicycle. There is a small cafe at the end of the street that is popular with the locals, has pretty good food and a friendly staff. We ate there several times. There is also a bakery on the opposite corner. During the summer on Wednesdays or Thursdays (?) and Saturdays there is a farmers market a block away with lots of produce, fresh meat and fish, and baked items. Highly recommend. This is a very residential area, but we were able to find good cafes and restaurants within a 1-2 mile walk. As for sightseeing in the center of Paris, this is not the most convenient place. It's worth noting that we ended up spending money on cabs/Ubers to get closer to town. We did try to take the metro at one point, but our line was not functioning. We were told that some trains were shut down because of the extreme heat and the lack of AC in the cars. With a little more planning and patience we could have used the Metro, though in the heat I think we made the best choice.

This hotel was modern and clean. However, our air conditioner barely blew any air at all and never cooled the room. The staff did bring fans, which we appreciated, but they could only do so much. Check-in was also difficult to navigate. Everything is done remotely, and there isn't anyone working on-site, so you have to message the staff and wait for a response. This was especially frustrating after a long day of traveling. If you're considering staying here, be aware that the remote check-in process isn't very convenient, and if the air conditioning has issues, there is no immediate on-site assistance. The hotel has potential, but these issues definitely impacted our experience

La verdad nos llevamos una super buena impresion de este hospedaje con Edgar Suites, tiene todo lo necesario para que una pequeña familia se hospede y hasta pueda cocinar dentro de los departamentitos, los cuales los entregan super limpios, todo funciona correctamente y ademas tienen calefaccion, lo cual se agredece ya que en esta epoca incluso se siente frio en Paris. Lo recomiendo ampliamente ya que incluso el personal nos dejo hacer check-in un poco antes de las 3 porque no habia lugar para dejar las maletas en los lockers de abajo. Nos encanto y volveriamos sin ninguna duda.

Bonsoir, L'acces etait un peu complique et nous a demande des efforts. Nous avons cru que nous allions passer la nuit dehors et aucun numero de telephone a l'entree pour obtenir de l'aide. Le lit etait super comfortable. La chambre etait impeccable, tres agreable, nous avions du bon the, du bon cafe, des chocolats en arrivant. Nous n'avions pas envie de sortir ! Esperons revenir vite. 아파트형 숙소라서, 개인 주택처럼 사용하는것이 가능합니다. 출입 정보는 도착 직전에 메일로 보내서, 출입에 전혀 지장이 없습니다. 주방 도구들이 갖추어져, 요리도 할수 있습니다. 단, 아파트 형이라서, 타월등 교체는 숙소에서 지정한 곳에서 가져다 사용하면 되니, 불편함이 전혀 없습니다. 별도 청소는 안해 주니, 여러날 투숙의 경우는 0층에서 스탭에게 요청하여 청소기를 가져가서, 직접하면 되는데, 번거롭지는 않습니다. 스탭과는 WhatsApp에 전화번호 등록하여 대화하면 매우 편하고 신속하게 할수 있습니다. 에어컨에 작은 문제가 있었으나, 여행중 WhatsApp으로 대화하여 깔끔히 해결되었습니다. 바로 옆에 카페가 있어서, 저녁에 늦게까지도 사람들이 식사하면서 대화하는 소리가 들릴수는 있는데, 거슬릴 수준은 아닙니다. 투숙중 여기에서 식사와 맥주한잔 해도 좋습니다. 파리의 다른 호텔대비 방 크기도 넓고, 여러모로 좋은 아파트형 숙소인거 같습니다. 트램, 전철, 버스 액세스가 가까이 위치하여, 어디를 가더라도 접근성이 좋습니다.

We had a wonderful stay at Edgar Suites in Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city—especially families! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the apartment. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and spotlessly maintained, which gave us peace of mind, especially while traveling with kids. The space is stylish yet incredibly practical, with smart storage solutions, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds that made us feel right at home. The location is also excellent—quiet and safe, yet close to public transport. But what really stood out was the friendly and responsive service from the Edgar Suites team. Every interaction was warm and helpful, and they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. This place is ideal for a family of four or fewer, whether you’re staying for a few nights or a longer vacation. We’ll definitely be booking with Edgar Suites again the next time we’re in Paris!

Great space! Clean and pretty suite, with elevator. The location is great, many bus stops nearby and a metro station as well. It felt safe the walk around at any time. A little bar and restaurant at the corner. Many restaurants, markets and stores around the area. The only thing was the A/C, it would not cool down as you are used to if you are going from America. But it was okay with the windows opened.

The hotel itself was great! The service was also phenomenal… only thing I was not too happy about was that the bar downstairs is open until 2am with people outside drinking and talking super loud.. and it is very far away from all the tourist areas so we had to spend several hundred on Ubers and metros
