I stayed in the Suite 46 for my birthday, and I had so much fun with my daughter, the room was always clean, we loved the staff, always felt welcome, mostly from the dark skinned gentleman at evening shift, who made my birthday much better after a bad day and the breakfast was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! We will definitely come back! Thank you so much to the whole team❤️

Hotel invisible... pourtant rue de la croix nivert mais aucun éclairage, façade triste voire inquiétante, à côté d'un bâtiment en ruines... pourtant, à l'intérieur, heureuse surprise! chambre confortable (froide à l'arrivée et trop chaude pendant la nuit...) et de taille correcte. Mais il faut être seule et en transit. c'est douillet mais pas de rangements.

Väldigt bra hotell!

Jag och min partner stannade på hotellet under 5 nätter. Hotellet var fräscht och bekvämt. Vi sov jättebra, supersköna sängar. Rummet var även väldigt fint. Läget var helt okej, det var nära till Eiffeltornet och på gatan fanns det massor av mysiga restauranger och kaféer. Men det låg relativt långt bort från andra sevärdheter. Men om man tycker om att promenera är det inget problem. Hotellet var ganska lyhört. Men utöver avståndet till sevärdheter och lyhördheten var hotellet jättebra.

It was clean but I do not recommend it. It seemed like a hotel run by a family. I had to ring a door bell and wait for someone to open the door in order to come and go, they added additional taxes at the conclusion of my stay, and they made a copy of my passport.

가족과 함께라면 비추입니다 에펠탑 가깝고 근처 번화한 상권이 있으나 호텔로 들어오기 직전 4~5분 정도는 좀 무섭고 좁은 보도블럭이 있어 유모차로 다니기 힘들었습니다 엘리베이터가 무지 작아 유모차는 로비식당에 맡겨두었고 호텔자체가 엄청 작아요 방은 리모델링 되어있어 깨끗하고 화장실도 사용하기 좋았습니다 샤워기가 고정형이 아니라 아이들 씻기기도 편했고요 근처 주변이 별로 좋지않고 가격이나 별다른 메리트가 없기에 재방문의사는 없습니다

I didn’t like how I asked for a room with 2 beds and was given a room with 1 bed. After traveling all day the last thing I wanted to do was rest. The guy wrote down some room number to show me and the first one he showed me I just decided to stay there (another room with only 1 bed) I was tired and exhausted. It’s annoying having to deal with that stuff after a long day. Like why are you showing me another room with just one bed. Ridiculous.

Ar condicionado é o diferencial desse 3 estrelas.

Hotel regular, excelente localização (metro, pontos turisticos, restaurantes e supermercado). Em cinco minutos se chega a pé na Torre Eiffel. Sinal de wi-fi regular, para o que oferece não vale a pena contratar o café da manhã do hotel (há opções melhores e mais baratas na vizinhança). Quarto tamanho bom para os padrões parisienses. Pontos positivos são a funcionária Noa - italiana que fala vários idiomas e com um sorriso contagiante está sempre disposta em ajudar; e o ar condicionado excelente - diferencial nesses dias de calor em Paris.

The property was in a great location, and the price was very fair. The rooms were recently renovated, so everything was new and clean. However, the lobby was still under renovation, and was a bit inconvenient and the construction noises were very loud. But I assume in the future this would not be an issue.

La atención de la persona de recepción fue sumamente amable y atenta con nosotros, ademas que hablabla muy bien español. El hotel esta en remodelación, pero en general cuenta con todas las amenidades, ademas de estar a 20 minutos caminando de la Torre Eiffel.

Hotel deixou muito a desejar. Elevador minúsculo. Com as malar, só da pra subir um por vez. Quarto razoável, porém não tem nenhum tipo de isolamento acústico, como ficamos no primeiro andar era muito barulho. O prédio está em obra, então era de dia um barulho horrível de obra e a noite o barulhos dos carro e da rua. A única coisa boa é a localização, muito perto do metrô, da pra ir andando até a Torre e tem opções de restaurantes e lanchonetes perto. O quarto é bem simples e pequeno, sem nenhum tipo de conforto que faça a diferença. Típico quarto pra quem busca um hotel só pra dormir mesmo. O que mais incomodou foi realmente a acústica do quarto. Era muito barulho, tanto de dia, com a obra, quanto a noite, por ficar próximo de ruas com bastante movimento. Enfim, não recomendaria este hotel, só se o preço estiver bem abaixo dos outros e seu único objetivo é passar o dia na rua e só voltar para o hotel de noite, pra dormir, mesmo assim tem que estar ciente que faz bastante barulho.

Esperava mais de um hotel da rede Best Western

Por se tratar de um hotel da.rede, esperava instalações no padrão dos demais que já conheci. O prédio é bem antigo, precisa de manutenção. Na primeira noite estava bem frio e o aquecedor não aqueceu adequadamente o quarto. O staff se esforça para ser atencioso. O café é razoável, tinha ovos, embutidos, uma ou duas frutas e para, além de bebidas quentes e frias. A localização não é tão boa quanto as mais centrais, é segura, próxima ao metrô, mas não tem tantas opções de refeições por ser um bairro mais de escritórios. No geral, atendeu às minhas necessidades, mas sem grandes destaques.
