"I stay at the Bayside Inn once a year while doing landscape photography in the Keys. Two issues bother me and will have me looking for a different place to stay next year. One, rooms aren't cleaned unless the guest asks / I stayed 9 days and no one had the professional courtesy to ask if I needed fresh towels or cleaning / I emptied my own trash. New policy or not about entering rooms, at these prices the front desk should pro actively call / text guests about needs. The second issue has to do with an additional amenity fee that is charged, other than my room, I use nothing else. I've asked about this but have never gotten a clear answer."

"My only recommendation would be for the front desk employee to be friendlier and more welcoming toward guests. Unfortunately, Michael did not show much warmth or friendliness, and I did not feel welcomed during my interaction with him. A warmer attitude and better customer service would make the guest experience much more pleasant"

"This was my second time in Playa Largo of many more to come. The property is beautiful and meticulously maintained. With plenty of amenities and food options I rarely leave the property. Very friendly staff from the front desk to the pool staff, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend! Best resort in the Keys!"
