"The hotel is located opposite the Marina and ideally situated for all major attractions, restaurants and shopping. The rooms are cleaned daily, have a comfortable bed, Wi-Fi and large bathroom with excellent shower. Check in is quick, welcoming with all staff friendly and helpful. On the third floor there is a spa, gym, small pool, jacuzzi and cafe, all overlooking the Marina. A good variety of food is offered at the buffet breakfast which is open from 7.30 to 10.30. We had a short five day stay...

"Super Lage mit 2 min Fußweg zum Strand, Supermarkt, Bus, Restaurants. Man ist schnell in Palma und am Flughafen. Sauberes Zimmer. Die Ausstattung könnte etwas modernisiert werden. Aber insgesamt ein charmantes, spanisches Hotel mit landestypischen Mobiliar. Ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wäre eine gute Idee. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück ausreichend und liebevoll angerichtet. Als es am Abend etwas kühler wurde ging die Heizung automatisch an. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. "

"Die Lage ist nicht optimal neben dem Kongress-Zentrum. Für privarten Urlaub sind andere Lage besser. Des Weiteren waren wir sehr verärgert über den Spa-Bereich. In der Beschreibung von Expedia wurde der Spa-Bereich beschrieben und mit Fotos gezeigt. Leider ist dieser Spa-Bereich nicht inklusive. Wir mussten für einen Besuch 50 EUR für zwei Stunden bezahlen. Wir haben das Hotel eigentlich nur wegen dem Spa-Bereich ausgesucht (Anfang März)."

"Das 5 Sterne Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, abgenutzte Möbel. Dicker Teppich im Essensbereich…unhygienisch. Reinigungspersonal hat immer etwas vergessen…kein 5 Sterne Luxury Hotel Standard. Schade"

Our room was clean and comfortable, though it had only a small courtyard-facing window, which meant limited natural light; something to expect in older heritage properties. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Given the size and age of the building, amenities are limited, but the charm, history, and warm service...

"Eten goed bediening perfect, vooral Naty, maar tafels erg op elkaar waardoor vrijwel geen privacy. Vooral in weekends erg druk. Animatie , vooral in zwembad perfect "
