"Beautifully designed pool area and comfortable, clean rooms, walking distance to most everything you'd want to do on a visit to Palm Springs."

"The lobby and bar area are terrific. The pool area is large and spacious, and they have pool staff to provide you drinks and food. The pool deck needs to be re-done. And, the inside of the pool floor is starting to peel. The rooms are large and comfortable, however they need freshening and are a bit dated. Our air conditioner in the room ran fine, but it was very loud. You can tell this was a five star property - - but now it needs refreshening."

"The hallway really smelled like cigarettes and there was a constant odor coming from the bathroom. Although the property was very well kept, seemed a bit outdated. In fact they may have been doing renovations as the manager and two other men entered the room to measure the windows. As I was alone and working on my laptop I felt pretty uncomfortable that this occurred without warning (besides the knocking). The kitchen did supply plates, silverware, a sponge, and dish soap. "
