"Tout était parfait du début à la fin. La chambre était spacieuse, d’une propreté irréprochable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le coin terrasse est magnifique, un vrai petit havre de paix. On entend le doux bruit de la fontaine, hyper apaisant… un vrai moment de détente. Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, bienveillant et attentif. On se sent immédiatement à l’aise, et surtout considérés comme bien plus que de simples clients. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit les yeux fermés...

"Spa was so so. The jacuzzi's were turned off every one minute so you had to press the button every time to enjoy one minute which was very annoying. "Mijn verblijf bij Bliss Terra Janna was een gemengde ervaring. Laat ik beginnen met de positieve punten: de locatie is prachtig en het hotel zelf ziet er visueel erg mooi uit. Het design en de uitstraling geven echt een luxe gevoel, en een aantal medewerkers waren oprecht vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas waren er ook meerdere minpunten die mijn verblijf hebben beïnvloed.
