"Great hotel, rude staff! The hotel is beautiful and brand new and very central. The rooms are lovely and the amenities and breakfast are truly phenomenal. The only problem was the rude staff… We paid the city tax upon arriving and at check out the man at the front desk quite literally yelled at us ..."
