The location is extremely convenient, within easy walking distance to most of the major attractions, so we were able to explore the city without needing transportation. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience and made us feel at home. "Our room was very large. It had its own private balcony. The room was charming and gave a lovely Florence feel. Staff were wonderful, especially Leonardo. They were friendly and welcoming. We got to check in an hour earlier than expected, which was a wonderful surprise. Leonardo also held our bags for us as it was raining and we had several hours before our train departure. The breakfast was yummy with a good selection. All in all the hotel was great and we had a lovely time. Would highly...

"I highly recommend this small cosy hotel. The rooms were immaculate with a beautiful view from our window. The staff showed an amazing eye to detail which made us feel cared for and that our comfort and enjoyment were important to them. The breakfast sets you up for the day of exploring Florence. I would give five stars for this alone. However what makes this a great place to base yourself in Florence is the location. Right in the heart of the old town with everything within walking distance....

"Me & my family truly enjoyed our time there, Alessandra (the manager/host) made everything very pleasant & easy for us, we arrived in the afternoon of Dec.31st, she spent a friendly 5-10 mins to show us places to go on a map, then successfully secured us a table at a fusion restaurant to celebrate our new year dinner along with the florentians, then on the last day she helped us arrange a taxi to get to the train station right on time. "Beautiful room in a central location with all the main sights a short stroll away. Room well appointed with the most amazing double shower. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs....
