"The structure has a ton of character and the hotel is very centrally located. However, I would expect a higher level of service from an establishment boasting a Michelin key. For example, when we vacated the rooms and had to store out luggage for a little while longer (as we still wanted to enjoy the city of Florence), they didn't have a safe deposit box for us to leave our passports and valuables at, and we had to carry them with us. This is a basic requirement from any reasonable hotel."

"The apartment is ideally located near Ponte Vecchio. We were minutes away from most museums, restaurants, bridges and the river Arno. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at this property."

"Excellent hotel. The front desk staff was amazing Luca, Tomasso and his colleagues understood right away that we had a tough time with our previous hotel.
