"Great staff, clean room, great location, good space"

"A boutique hotel in the heart of Barcelona. The hotel staff were wonderful. Their warm welcome and the special treat they gifted me with when they found out it was my birthday was priceless. "

"Overall, this is a great option if you want to stay in the city center. However, the condition of the rooms and the overall feel of the hotel don’t really match a true 5-star standard. That said, the service is excellent and the staff were very helpful. One thing I found quite strange for a 5-star hotel is that there were no slippers in the room. Also, the toiletries shown in the hotel photos did not match what was actually provided. In general, it was still a good stay, but expectations...

"The staff was warm and welcoming and happy to help you navigate the city. We didn’t look at the pool/terrace area (visited in Feb). The room was very clean. One minor issue was the “automatic” closet light in our room delayed clicking on by a couple seconds, then clicked off almost as quickly…so it made it a little difficult to see at times. When we needed to stay an extra day they accommodated us quickly and seamlessly. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. You could...

"The stay at Malda Singular was fantastic! From the email communication prior to arrival to check in to the care taken during our stay, all was superb! The lobby and room were immaculate and provided a comfortable atmosphere. Stacy was very attentive during our check in and throughout our stay. The location was ideal to walk everywhere with many good cafes and restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to be able to return again one day!"

"Excellent experience. We were able to check-in at 9:00 a.m., given a room upgrade and the room was available. Room was large by European Standards and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast offered so many choices. Location very convenient."

"I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have any… there weee so many places to eat on the doorstep. This is a lovely hotel in a great place. There was works right outside but it didn’t bother us as the windows were sound proof. Lovely staff who were on hand to do anything. Lovely touches with chocolates & sweets in reception if you fancied. Lovely latte on arrival & was given some great info on area. The room was lovely, beds comfy & I would defo recommend or stay again. "

"Room was very clean, bathroom was large with a tub on one side and shower on the other. Free drink at the bar downstairs. Along the beach with access to +++ local dining options. Taxis right outside made it easy to catch one to airport in the morning."
