โรงแรมเก่าไปหน่อย มีการรีโนเวดแต่ยังไม่ดีพอ สิ่งที่ดีคือประสบการณ์การแก้ไขปัญหา พนักงานอัธยาศัยดี มีจิตสำนึกงานบริการดีเยี่ยม ช่วยเหลือในทุก ๆ อย่าง

ได้แค่บรรยากาศเยนแค่นั้น ห้องเหม็นอับ ระบบไฟแย่ แค่ที่เช็ดเท้ายังไม่มี ไม่เหมาะสมกับราคาเลบสักนิด

แย่มาก hotel.com ยืนยันที่พักแล้ว ตัดบัตรเครดิตแล้ว แต่ก่อนวันเข้าพัก ติดต่อไปทางโรงแรม โรงแรมแจ้งว่าไม่ได้จองห้อง นี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่ได้ใช้บริการ hotel.com และจะเป็นครั้งสุดท้าย
