"The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly."

"It was a lovely property very close to the beach and Paignton 10 minute walk into centre. It was on a busy road which was a bit noisy at night but with the windows closed it was fine. We were provided with a fan which kept us really cool. I would recommend this place. I think it’s really nice for a breakaway owners were really helpful nice breakfast all you could ask for🙂 a big smile"

"Jo & Martin were so welcoming! Breakfast was delicious. Location is great - within a few minutes you're on the beach."

"If this is the sort of accomadation Expedia is promoting will not be booking Expedia ever again."

"The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."

"The owners were so welcoming and excited to meet me. Loved the old fashioned keys for room entry and the amazingly delicious breakfast prior to my departure. They literally kept an eye on my car during the night. Would 💯% recommend this quaint B&B."
