"Overall, we had a great stay! The property is well-maintained, the staff is very friendly, and our room was easily one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in—plus, the bathroom is absolutely huge. There are just two minor things to note regarding noise: the property sits right next to the 5 freeway, so you can hear highway traffic, and if you aren’t on the top floor, you will likely hear the people above you walking around. We also had a slight hiccup with housekeeping—we requested a room cleaning before heading out for the day, but returned to find it hadn't been touched. However, the front desk handled it well when I called; they offered to send someone up right away, though we ultimately opted to just take the fresh towels they provided. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"The hotel and shuttle are very convenient to LAX. The restaurant was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and our room was comfortable and quiet. I would recommend that they update the bathrooms, however, as the fixtures, exhaust fan, etc. need refurbishment. Overall, a very good stay."
