"Because this is an older property, each room includes a larger size bathtub. If you love a bath this is an important feature US hotels don't carry anymore as standard. Cleanliness levels good. Having the private parking lot in the building was so helpful and I was able to enjoy the walk ability of downtown. Staff is friendly."

"The Omni exceeded expectations, largely thanks to its staff — genuinely warm, attentive, and enthusiastic despite how busy the hotel was. That energy carries throughout the property. Valet is pricey but worth it; they're on the ball and have your car ready in minutes. The breakfast buffet is simple continental but well-maintained — fresh fruit and ingredients are clearly a priority. Rooms are clean, the on-site restaurant is solid, and the little extras they offer are a nice touch that elevates the stay. Would definitely return."

"Originally, we were supposed to stay at the motel 6 of monterey park, but that whole experience was something of a nightmere. This hotel was a completely different experience. The hotel and room was beautiful and clean. Parking was great. But the best part was the staff. From check in to check out the staff was very friendly, warm, and welcoming. Gave us some ideas of what to do in the area. We will be back for sure!"

"The staff is wonderful, super friendly. The room is pretty small & basic. My only complaint is that the room was a little stuffy due to a large AC unit in such a small space. It would be too cold with it on, but too humid with it off. We eventually just got used to it being cold :) It’s in downtown LA, so the area isn’t the greatest, but there are so many walkable restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We would definitely return!"
