"Amazing layout and pool area. Swim up room to lagoon was a highlight. Excellent pool service and water toys for the children were good. The petting zoo was a nice touch. Staff, food and service at the Crocodile bar was brilliant. Rooms could have been a bit cleaner. Breakfast was okay, but a bit repetitive. Beach quite stoney. Gym in desperate need of investment"

"Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa – Phuket ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) I had a beautiful stay at Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa. The ocean‑view jacuzzi suite was absolutely stunning peaceful, romantic, and one of the highlights of my holiday. The resort grounds are lovely, the views are incredible, and overall it’s a great place to relax. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Staff communication and training could be better, especially when handling guest requests. Some parts of the room and amenities need more thorough cleaning. For example, when I boiled water to make tea, I discovered significant residue and buildup inside the kettle, which shows it hadn’t been properly cleaned. This is a hygiene concern, especially for a 5‑star property. These issues didn’t ruin my stay, but they are important for the resort to address. With better staff training and more attention to cleanliness, Diamond Cliff could easily be a perfect 5‑star experience."
