"the whole flat smell weird..moldy kind of smell.. windows are broken.. dirty comforter… poor ventilation… would not recommend"

"Tammy was very accommodating. She moved a bureau out of the room so we could have a place for our bikes. Parking is tricky but we found a free spot a short walk away. There are two steep flights of stairs to the room. The sitting area and tea were most welcome. It was a very comfortable place to stay."

"For anyone who stayed here when it was a Sonder it is pretty much exactly the same, though there's almost always someone at the reception area. Highly recommend it, though booking can be complicated as there's no site and you have to go through Expedia or some like booking or hotels and compare prices."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room and all common areas were exceptionally clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of great coffee shops just a short walk away. Also, the drive to downtown was quick and convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! :)"

"The room was very basic. It was not configured the way we had discussed at check-in but the front desk staff were able to assemble things at our request. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was acceptable but not as great as some of the reviews we had read. I had asked for some vegetarian options. The request was noted but there was nobody who was aware of it at the breakfast service. The attempt to give the impression of service was made but it fell short unfortunately. Location is convenient....

"We stayed on the bottom floor but got access to two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. It’s an old building so keep that in mind. I enjoyed the charm and reminded me of staying in my first apartment. I would stay there again!"

"The location was ok but not as great as other reviews led us to believe. Room was smaller than expected, as a two room suite. Kitchenette was ok but again, not great. Didn't realize the hotel was basically on top of a restaurant/shop, no elevator and LOTS of steps to get to the room which was hard to manage with luggage. Much too expensive all things considered."

"Big room on top floor, lots of space. Everything was clean and well maintained minus the bathroom vent/ fan. Would def stay here again. Great location, 24/7 staff, beautiful spa facilities, great room for longer stay with its size."
