The shower NEVER GOT HOT or even warm. Every channel on the the tv was snowy and hard to see the show. There were NO Kleenexs' in the room, No Shampoo in the shower or shower gel. On a good note... the room was very spacious, clean, & Quiet.

The hotel room was uncomfortably hot, and the beds were not great—you could feel the springs. We also found leftover trash in the room, including empty wine bottles, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the staff was incredibly nice and friendly. Unfortunately, due to the room conditions, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Montclier Christmas stay

As always service, amenities and cleanliness 5 stars! The bed in my room (337) was a bit worn and the third floor hallway outside of my room was very cold. Going to and from my room to the elevator was almost unbearable.
