"Placed do not disturb on the door and asked for late check out still got a knock on the door by house keeping 2.5 hrs earlier than needed and it gave me a headache. They knocked more than once too! As if! What’s the point of spending extra on a suite in a nicer place if they don’t respect the do not disturb?! Parking was full of trucks blocking multiple spaces across the front of the hotel entrance which made getting things in and out more inconvenient:"

"The room was really clean. The vet was comfortable. The front desk had two separate people while I was there and they were both just insanely helpful. The only problem and the only reason it got a three on facilities is that the elevator wasn't working. Everything else was fantastic!"
