Perfect location for Universal Studio and Universal City Walk. Train station just across the street. Hotel clean, rooms spacious, convenient location, staff helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The location is perfect for those wanting to visit Universal Studios but a little out of the way from the rest of Osaka. Hotel Keihan Universal Tower
Great hotel near Universal for our family of 5. What was not helpful was that we were ushered to do a self check-in and not advised of any of the amenities, such as the pool or restaurant. English was limited for staff members.
