The hotel is just in front of the station so it very convenient, just 1 station away from USJ and the buses going to expo 2025z The breakfast was excellent. Definitely worth it to stay. We would like to stay there again.

Great hotel! Nice amenities overall, good massage, spacious room (the layout was a bit odd, but it worked). Air quality in the room was great (good ventilation kept CO2 down, humidity and temperature stable in a comfortable range). We would absolutely stay again if we have a reason to go to that area (really only the expo this year or USJ in the future).

The area was very clean and the convenient walk to the train station was a huge plus. It also didn’t hurt to have a 7/11 literally right next to your hotel ;) The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Definitely would recommend this hotel to folks planning on venturing to Osaka and/or Universal Studios Japan.

I thought this hotel is walkable to Universal Studios… it is a train stop away, and Not really walkable. For those who are in this area for Universal Studios, I suggest that you book other hotels near its premise. This hotel is NOT convenient for Universal Studios.

Very helpful staff with professional attitude. They are ever ready to help you. Everyone was smiling to welcome the guests. Though I used this hotel for the first time they were kind to extend my checkout time by one hour so that I could relax in the room till I catch a bus to the airport, which starts from this hotel. It has a wonderful spa system with a large hot public bath and sauna.

We went to Universal Studios and Expo, so the location couldn't have been more convenient. Although it's a bit off the beaten path, it was across the street from a subway and there were still multiple convenient stores nearby (of course there was). It was clean and I loved overlooking the water. There was also a beautiful terrace at the back which hardly anyone was enjyoing.

The property itself is new and clean, but the staff is unfriendly, and not attentive. It is one station away from the USJ but it’s actually walkable. The gym is clean but there was no wipes or spay to clean the equipment.

The room was so dirty and smelt so awful (even in a VIP room) that we could not even stay in the room for minutes without coughing. Awful experience!

初日はユニバーサルへ二日目は万博へ。どちらにもアクセスがとてもよく、大きくキレイなスパは大満足。コネクティングルームにしてくれたので娘夫婦との行き来も便利。 どのスタッフの方もとても親切です。オープン直後に利用した時と変わらない快適さ、高い満足度で感激しました。 こちら方面に来る時はまたぜひ利用させてもらおうと思います。
