The room itself was great: clean, well appointed, etc. The location was also great: super convenient and walkable to subway and trains, yet not on a busy street. The main disappointment was no tea or coffee in the room, causing me to go around the corner to get coffee every morning. For a few cents a day, that seems like a false economy.

4D3N Stay at Osaka, Japan

My wife and I have been to Osaka for many times, we always stay at Namba for our previous trips. This was the first time we stay at the Grids hotel, our overall impression was good, good value for money. Hotel's location was great, just within minutes of walking distance from Namba station. There are at least 4 convenience stores nearby, numerous restaurant options, and very close to some large shopping malls. Room size was decent, enough t lay open our 2 large and 1 small size luggages. Bed was comfortable, washroom was of decent size too. 1 drawback we need to raise was, the corridor outside the room was very dark, creating a somewhat strange atmosphere. We suggest to tune up the lights to offer a more ambient feeling.

Great location for Osaka Namba area

Great location (make sure to use exit 6 out of station). Hotel breakfast was delicious. Room was very clean and modern. Amenities not provided in room but in lobby to take as needed. Room space was tight but to be expected in Japan.

It felt like the entrance was a bit hidden, but it was a fantastic experience! The staff was very attentive and made sure I understood how the property worked, especially the room cleaning cycles. I loved the free selection of tea they had for guests as well as the accessibility offered. I didn’t take care of it, as I’m body able, but it was apparent that they care deeply about it

Namba station find

Location is great! Just off Namba station with lots of food and shopping within a minute out the door. Cleaning is every 3rd night but towels are changed daily. Not a problem for us at all!
