Decent size room, good location and super friendly staff. My bag got misplaced when I had it shipped from Tokyo to Osaka and they helped me track in down and had my bag brought to the hotel. I would definitely stay with them again!

This hotel has an awesome location, as it is right next to Dotonbori street. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They do have a washer and dryer, but with only 3 machines we were not able to do our laundry and had to go to a laundromat. Our AC was also not working the first couple days. However, ...
