"Very clean room and very quiet stay."

"Great service was provided"

"Great and efficient staff...clean hotel"

"The room was very clean. The staff was friendly, but I had a hard time understanding one of the staff doing check-in. Breakfast was excellent. The only suggestion I have is to have snacks available for purchase. Also, the vending machine was empty of drinks."

"Room was a good size. Loved the double Balcony. Breakfast was a debacle. Waited 10 min to be seated for a buffet, asked 3 times for coffee and never got it. A neighboring table Offered a pot of theirs to us but we didn’t even have cups. I then had to walk the restaurant to find someone to get us a check. $20/pp I would have expected better. Mentioned to front desk and thought maybe they’d comp us a free breakfast or Starbucks day 2 but nothing."

"The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The only complaint was the mattress was very hard, and left me with a stiff back upon waking, but the gym was great and I was able to stretch lift some weights and work it out"

"The shower water was extremely cold and I was trying to use hot water to shower and was not satisfied about that issue. The cover on the bed was too thin."

"N/A"

"Cockroaches, hidden charges for everything, extending your stay they’ll charge you more then the price Expedia does by far. Very dirty and only half the lighting works, lamp shades and pretty much everything tattered and broken. Disgusting for the expense. Go elsewhere this place is a nightmare"

"Easy location and plenty of parking spaces ."

"The staff did their best to help make our stay as pleasant as possible. We are always happy to stay at the Hampton Inn in south Jacksonville."

"Clean bedroom, & friendly staff."
