This is a hotel that my husband and I have made it like a traditional stay. We stay here a couple times a year. It quiet, comfortable and the service is wonderful. The staff is always nice and helpful. The restaurant is amazing

The staff was very helpful and allowed us a very early checkin. We used the valet parking which was very effecient. We were able to walk to the game, however the hotel offered a shuttle to the game. When we returned from the game we used the bar only 2 of the 4 people in our party were drinking however the bar tender brought all of us water without asking. I will definitely stay here again! We did not use the pool or workout room so I cannot rate those amenities.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. We should have been warned that the ground floor is undergoing very loud construction that made basic hotel functions impossible, such as check in or ordering a cup of coffee. There is only room service for dinner. The sheets are unpleasantly similar to sandpaper. In short, you'll be disappointed if you expect it to still be like the Omni. However, all the staff were fantastic and the handicap roll in shower was very nice.

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott in downtown Jacksonville. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The hotel itself was spotless. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. Thank you to the amazing team for such outstanding hospitality. I can’t wait to come back and stay again!

The staff was fantastic and the room was clean and comfortable. Downside was the parking was either paid city lot, or paid valet. Also, the safe in our room did not work. I would stay again, but I felt like the parking situation was a surprise.
