Great front desk staff. Very accommodating. The manager was available when I had a minor issue with my heater. They immediately sent staff to verify the problem and moved me to another room.

Overall it was okay for what was needed. The room.is outdated but bed comfortable. The hotel and room had a bad smell. Would not stay here again though

I was pleasantly surprised to find it had a full size fridge, microwave and cook top. It is pet friendly. I was disappointed that the vending machine for drinks was out of order.

Mold in the bathroom, roaches , the rooms are not swept and mop , I have passed a whippi on the floor and is disgusting, the staff are very polite specially Juan . The bed is soo clean love it .

DISGUSTING! Never been cleaned. Previous occupant food left on floor. The floor is so dirty it has mold all around, especially in restroom. DO NOT bring your family here to stay. Smells terrible. I don’t think a house keeper works here.

The staff was.. competent. But I only saw one lady that checked me in, after-hours. I had to call a number on the lobby phone to summon someone to the desk behind the metal-roll-door. The lighting outside was awful. The ONE light over the front door was flickering in a way the reminded me of a horror movie. The whole area screamed, "I'm in danger." (In a Ralph Wiggum voice) Came across 2 roaches. One in the shower when naked, and one fell one me as I exited the bathroom. The floor was made of cheap laminate that felt grimy with every step. Couldn't stand to go barefoot for even 2-3 steps. The air conditioner was flaky and kept things either too cold and so humid it was impossible to sleep. Quite noisy with all the on-off. The room location was right near a stairwell that I'm not sure was in use, but it sounded like someone was slamming the door shut every 15-20 minutes. The elevator looked like something out of a Russian apartment complex. Dingy, flickery lighting, mis-matched paint everywhere. Exactly as I remember my trip to Russia in 2003. Sure, OK, it's Orlando. Everything is expensive, and you get what you pay for, but this place needs some sprucing up, NOW. It's an extended-stay, so I have no basis for comparison, but apparently they only do 'linens' once a week, and there was a sign up that says, sorry, we can't do linens this week, there's a laundromat in such and such a location. Thanks for understanding!

The temperature of the room was fine, but I had no utensils to cook with, and one of the burners was not working and other than that just the dogs barking.

The staff was very nice but we had to kill atleast 5 roaches and we were only in the hotel for 4 hours. The place was stinky and slightly dirty and the surroundings were also dirty. I wouldn't recommend.

Tired Room

Off the beaten path, this hotel is as basic as I have ever stayed. Then clerk was helpful and polite. The room can be described as tired and basic.

I was electrocuted

What can I say I was electrocuted I went to plug in my charger to the alarm clock and exploded. Then I was accused of tampering with the cord really no concerns from the gm. He just offered the insurance companies information. Then gave me a hard time when I try to extend my stay.
