I have stayed at this property several times in the past and as usual it was a wonderful experience! The condo was clean with plenty of room for us to relax. The property is quiet, safe and convenient to parks, dining and shopping. Will definitely return to Vista Cay next time staying in Orlando.

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the resort is close to everything. Also the pool was nice, water was just the right temp. Definitely will stay again.

Beautiful, well-appointed apartment. Also huge - easily accommodated our family of six. Great communication and easy check-in and out. Very convenient to Universal and Seaworld and very close to I-Drive for restaurants/bars/shopping. Great value for money if you're a large group. Highly recommend!

The condo was beautiful, clean and decorated nicely. Lots of room, convenient to parks, dining, shopping, etc. The area is quiet and safe with plenty of free parking. This was my third year staying here and will definitely return, my only recommendation is to have directions to work the TV, our last day we spent at least an hour trying to get the TV to work with no luck.

Super nice place!

Awesome place with plenty of room for ADA needs. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable - would have liked a throw blanket or two for the couch - there was nothing other than bedspread. Had a little odd of an odor but nothing bad and not animal smell. Just a smell that stood out when you walked in. Other than that everything was wonderful. Loved all the furniture choices and plenty of counter space. Loved it!

The additional towels for the pool were very welcome. The property was clean and the welcoming package was is very appreciated. Improvement from our point of view: Replacement or adding more kitchen equipment such as pots and pans. We couldn't control the air condtioner. it will be more convenient if you can control the blowing position. Sometimes it was to cold. Overall a good experience. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay for 5 nights In early February 2025. Our party of 6 adults included 2 couples and 2 single adults. We had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was great. The beds were comfortable. The furnishings were newer and in great shape. The kitchen was very nice with decent plates, pots etc. This property was very convenient to Universal and reasonably priced to accommodate our group. We loved being able to pick things up at the end of the day at Walgreens or Publix and there are many restaurants in the area. This property will be especially close to the new Universal Epic Theme park opening in May 2025. One down side was the pool and hot tub were under construction. We were not told about this when we made our reservation, nor anytime before we arrived. We were able to find another pool and hot tub which was at the sister property, but it was too far to walk. Only one person had a rental car, so it required us to drive people back and forth. We learned after we checked out that there was a shuttle. It would have been really helpful for the property to tell us this info ahead of time. It was a very nice pool area and everyone enjoyed it, including the pool bar and fire pit. Just too far from the condo. Would consider again. PS, online check in with codes worked perfectly.

The property was stunning; spacious and clean. Beautiful rooms, well appointed bathrooms. Fantastic laundry room and kitchen. It has everything you wish for and more. The area is so well cared for too. Super close to Universal. It's a quiet area but there is a lovely Publix a few minutes walk away and great breakfast places - Momma's and The Diner. The only issues are the early 10am checkout. Particularly bad as there is no luggage storage facility. Vista Cay said we could not use theirs as we had booked through Cosy Casas. This meant we were stuck on our last day with little to do (stuck to our luggage) and 4 hours to spare. Also, we did have a noisy neighbour above the property - elephant feet. We couldn't understand the stomping because normal walking in the apartment really is soundless. We would definitely return if checkout was later or there was an agreement with Vista Cay to use luggage storage. Cosy Casas are super professional and clearly fantastic. If the luggage and checkout isn't an issue for you, you will struggle to find better accommodation.

Property was clean. Having the convenience of a full kitchen, and washer and dryer was a plus. Only problem was the room with the 2 beds on the 3rd floor was warm. The fan was not fully operational. The fan speed would not increase past a low speed. The fan needs to be replaced. Maybe blackout curtains could help keep the temperature down since the sun shines in the room most of the day.
