Very dirty, smells like cats/dogs, leaking tub/shower, hair from previous guests, uncomfortable pillows (only two small ones for a queen size) and bedsheet that was meant more for a full that didnt cover mattress. Area is quiet overall, but quality of hotel is terrible for the cost, and very deplorable. On the way to check out, we saw roaches climbing the wall by the soda machine

lady at front desk was sufficient but could be friendlier. we were supposed to have a microwave but there wasn't one and we didn't have time to complain. place was pretty clean. water nice and hot but no shower pressure. i didn't try wifi but a/c and tv were good

Need to clean rooms more thoroughly; Trash was located under the bed head boarding's; Water leaks from the refrigerator; Air Vents were dirty; Bed bugs were within the rooms. Leaves & other particles were floating in the pool; Hallways were not vacuumed. Yet the staff was typically helpful and friendly when requested and the outside area was fairly maintained.

The air conditioning was actually far beyond my expectations it was always cool in our room. It was a spacious room and the staff were really fantastic to us. The only downside was our card key had to be renewed every day despite different staff trying to programme it. I didn't look at the pool as I was so busy with the theme parks and local spots. This location was absolutely perfect with everything at your doorstep! Wifi was perfect too! We were able to pay to stay for a late check out which was incredibly kind. Thanks for having us and I hope you continue to do a great job :)

No surface in the entire hotel was clean-dark unwashes carpet, splatters on walls, and the hallways smelled like cat pee and rotting garbage. The rooms were much cleaner than the hallways, but the bedding was moist and soggy. I was surprised how unclean it was. The staff was really friendly.

Descent room for a descent price.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and the room was descent. However, the pool was not inviting. The front desk clerk was outstanding and provided excellent customer service.

The African American women at the front desk were gems, they were extremely friendly and helpful. I was so shocked to get such customer service and clean accommodations at a low price!!! Will definitely come back

It should be noted that this is an “Extended Stay Motel”. Thus the reason for the 3 patrol cars outside when I arrived. While the room was clean and served the purpose for a nights sleep and clean shower. There is only has coffee till 11AM. It would help travelers that arrived late and check out late to have coffee allday. It would also help the motels cleanliness appearance if they would do simple quick tasks like vacuum the hall floors and common areas and pick up the trash outside. I saw enough staff to easily get this done. Parking was good, staff was very nice, the room was clean and A/C worked well. We will stay again. I Hope to see some improvements.

My stay was overall pleasant—super comfy bed and cold A/C made for great rest! The location was a big plus, close to plenty of great spots. However, cleaning could’ve been better—leftover soaps in the bathroom weren’t ideal. Also, having to reset key cards daily was a hassle for a longer stay.

Convenient Location, But Room Disappointments The hotel is in a great spot—just a 1.5-mile walk to Universal Studios, with Denny’s and IHOP nearby for easy dining. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly. However, amenities are minimal. Unfortunately, the room I originally booked wasn’t available, and the one I received had a strong mold or mildew smell and felt very humid upon arrival. On the plus side, the AC was powerful and kept the room cold. Noise was a constant issue—you can hear every door opening and closing throughout the night.

Comfortable

The hotel and room that I was staying in is quiet and comfortable on the hours that I sleep. Staff is pleasant and helpful they keep the property clean. I recommend if traveling or visiting the attractions stay here at motel 6 it has affordable rates.
