We only stayed one night, but the room was nicely appointed and clean. It is close to restaurants and Disney Springs. It was a great option for the price to stay one more night off Disney property. Very nice hot breakfast in the morning too.

The staff at this location is always amazing. Very helpful. They go above and beyond with any request. The cleaning staff even made little towel animals my kids loved. Our room is tidy and beds are made everyday. This is our preferred hotel when we do not stay on site at the theme park. We travel to Orlando about once a month to visit Disney, and stay at this location 3-4 times a year. If this hotel had a dedicated shuttle to the parks throughout the day we would prefer it over onsite hotels. This location is Convenient Vineland shopping, Disney Springs and theme parks. Also the Breakfast is great. Good variety, the staff serves the buffet line and you can make Mickey waffles. They also have fruit water and coffee available all day.

Clean room and friendly staff. Got complimentary water and York peppermint patties. Continental breakfast provided, highlight was make your own Mickey waffles. Hotel bus to Disney property did not go to Disney springs- only the parks with a few time slots. Upgraded TV, but the sound did not get very loud.
