"Went for a concert not really for the casino and it was honestly a great experience. Room was a decent size with a huge bathroom, two restaurants, two bars and basically a food court with a 24/7 snack and coffee bar. All the staff were super. I’m not a huge fan of casinos as they tend to be a lot but it was pretty chill (I stayed Sun-Wed so it wasn’t super busy) only issue was that it’s a bit far from the city and there is nothing around it, but besides that it was great!"

The front desk staff was amazing! I didn't catch her name, but she was vivacious and incredibly personable and helped us out greatly.
The lighting was very white and sterile in the bar/restaurant area making it not very inviting. The room was a good size, again the lighting was too white. "Good hotel for meetings in Ottawa, especially if you're travelling within the city using your own auto. Driving from the hotel to locations in the city is easy and convenient. The restaurant in the hotel serves excellent food. The rooms are clean and the staff are very attentive."
