"Great stay"

"Great staff, clean room. Only complaint is the heat was on full power and I could but turn it off, room hot and dry. I had to drink almost 2 liters of water to get through the night. Window could not open. "

"The check in was so smooth and the staff was professional and polite. The room itself was perfect and was clean and well taken care of . I was staying on the godzilla floor and the view from the room was breathtaking. you could see the whole city for miles. I see myself coming back to this hotel next time I'm in Japan. "We loved our stay at the Kimpton! Such a great location, friendly staff, nice and clean hotel with awesome concierge (every restaurant rec was superb). It’s also very well located and an easy walk to Shinjuku station- or honestly anywhere else if you’re walkers like us! The daily social hour is so cute and we enjoyed some nice wine our first night. However the best part of the stay was meeting Iwayan downstairs at The Jones coffee bar. He greeted us warmly every morning and treated us to a free coffee/matcha off the list for hotel guests (this is a perk we didn’t know about). We loved seeing our friend each morning!! Thank you Iwayan!! "
