"Everything about this hotel was top notch! From the extremely helpful and friendly staff members - upon check in/out and spending 10 minutes to find an electrical converter so we could charge our devices - a spotless comfortable and quiet room, fantastic delicious breakfast, outside spaces to enjoy at your leisure and a bustling pedestrian street with a great vibe close to Waterloo station. The breakfast was perfect, including barista made double shot cappuccinos, yum. There is not one thing I could possibly fault. We will most definitely return and recommend to others. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"One of the most interesting experiences I've ever had in a hotel. The pods' size was spacious enough for a person to sleep comfortably and keep their belongings. The staff was nice and helpful, and the ambience felt dream-like, especially the bathrooms, which in itself was a great experience. I was surprised by how clean the bathrooms were, given the number of people who would use those bathrooms. Would absolutely come back whenever I traveled to London again."

"We stayed 6 nights and were happy with our stay. The location is great, right beside London eye and 6 minutes walk to Waterloo station. Breakfast bufffer is great and pay extra 15 and can get both dinner and breakfast package. Also kids under 15 eat free with a paid adult !"

"Big hotel, walking distance from Waterloo station, in a busy built up area. We had some small issues during our stay, but overall it was satisfactory. We had water flooding from our ceiling, and I called reception to report it. An hour later no one had arrived so I reported it again on my way out. By the time I returned that evening it had been fixed. The AC wouldn't go colder than 22 degrees in our rooms. It was 33 degrees in London that week, so it was very warm overnight. We didn't try the restaurant food, but did drink at the bar. Staff were friendly but it was disappointing that service ended by 11pm."
