"Great location near Hoan Kiem Lake. All of the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Guest information ordered Water Puppet Theatre tickets for us, which was great. Lovely breakfast with very friendly staff and good views of Hanoi. Freshly cooked pho was really nice. And the coffee with condensed milk. Great variety including other savoury dishes and dragon fruit. We checked in quite late in the evening and the guys on the late shift were great - at the front desk and with the luggage. Junior Suite was a good-sized room with some views."
