There are no staff on site except at breakfast, so communication is restricted to the Expedia message center or the phone number provided by the location inside the front door. "This hotel was lovely. The communal areas are very pleasant to sit in, clean and spacious. Our room was very clean, the bathroom was great too! Being British, we would have liked a few tea bags, but this is hardly a big deal. If you opt out of having your room cleaned one day, you get a free drink at the bar for being eco friendly I guess, which is a nice touch. Overall we had a fab time here!"

"What a wonderful stay near the heart of Ghent! Just enough blocks away to enjoy peace and quiet, but close enough to do all the touristy things like sightseeing, shopping, and tasting wonderful foods! Staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was spot on each day! I highly recommend!"

"Aparthotel Castelnou is a delightful place to stay. The apartment was spacious and spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Staff were so helpful, attentive and friendly, including advice on the best way to walk into the city centre. Dinner was amazing and there is a very pleasant small garden for eating outside.
