"The room was very spacious - we had a 2 bedroom suite. Everything was clean. The sofas and beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful - even helped carry our stuff up the stairs. They also came to the room to assist with Wifi connection. It was very windy while we were there and lost internet and cable for one night though. "It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else. "
