"Adriana, the property owner, was very welcoming. She covered all the logistics clearly and she also arranged for our shuttle to the airport which was very helpful. The room was basic but very comfortable. Our only issue was finding it as Costa Rica does not have street addresses. There was a map and description so we got close but needed help. Our taxi driver was able to phone Adriana for assistsnce."

"We arrived late in the middle of the night. We were lost at first for where to go in the excellent parade, but then the attendant had our keys and parking spot ready, very easy and relaxing checking. Wonderful room, nice beds and furniture. Amazing."

"This hotel was amazing, first we had done 2 different reservations (we added a night after), the second night we booked was a suite and the receptionist put us both nights in the suite which we really appreciated of him. Then the room was very clean and all what you need was present. The breakfast was very tasty, the buffet had enough options. A clear safe choice for a starting point in Costa Rica! "

"Superzimmer, sauber, toll ausgestattet (Küche, Bad, Klimaanlage), für unseren Bedarf mehr als ausreichend. Allerdings war es schwierig zu finden da wir zum ersten Mal in Costa Rica waren und nachts angekommen sind. Der Taxifahrer wusste zu helfen. Gerne wieder."

"The room was clean. The problem for us was that our flight was at 2 pm and we thought we could sleep in a little. The room has no sound proofing whatsoever so we dealt with very loud children at 7-8 am. You can also hear the planes as if you were next to the airport. Most importantly it is not a bed and breakfast. Yes there is a breakfast option, but it is charged separately."

"We stayed at the Berlin on our way back to Canada. Spotless room. Really lovely, helpful staff. She booked us an airport taxi for very early the next morning. They were up when we were leaving at 5 am and gave us coffee and a take-out breakfast. We will stay there on our next visit."
