You get several pdf with the rules, explanation of ac/water/trash/washing machine/clothes dryer, with pictures to help explain. The trash sorting was easy. Grocery store and pharmacy was with in 6 minute walk. It's a 30 second walk from a subway, and 3 minute walk from a tram. "

"My stay here was amazing . Walking distance to the trains. 711 and plenty of restaurants around the corner. I loved that there was a washing machine in the unit . I was able to wash and air dry my clothes. Checking in and out was a breeze. I highly recommended this hotel . "

"Le Tokyo Ryokan est une petit immeuble bien situé dans la quartier de Komagome près de la ligne Yamanoté et d'une ligne de métro. Pratique pour aller partout. Calme, en face d'un jardin public. Des rideaux divisent le studio en plusieurs espaces pour un peu d'intimité.Quelques mauvaises surprises cependant : - personne pour vous accueillir : il faut entrer dans le studio en tapant un code qui vous sera envoyé à l'avance par mail avec votre numéro de chambre. Le code se tape sur un petit clavier...
