"Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived, but we weren't notified as we had hoped to go swimming before we could check-in. Only downside about this resort was the check-in time at 4pm, we didn't get confirmation from the front desk, so at 5:30pm I went back and asked, then they had a room ready. The shuttles run at certain times and it takes around 10 minutes to get to and from the parks. Our sofa bed was not made up ready for our daughter when we arrived at the hotel but it was quickly resolved by calling reception. "Fantastic hotel and will definitely stay again. So convenient for Disneyland. Only 7 minutes by UBER or there’s a bus stop right outside that takes you there as well for just under €3. Will recommend all my family and friends to stay here if wanting to avoid the Disney hotel prices! Only 30 minutes from the airport! We will be back again! "
