The property was wonderful overall! We loved how spacious it was, giving our toddler plenty of room to move around. Having the option to cook was such a bonus, and with supermarkets and high street shops like Primark and Mango nearby, everything felt so convenient. The swimming pool water was a little cool for the little ones, but that didn’t take away from our enjoyable stay.It would be even better if the property could include breakfast options for toddlers, such as oatmeal.

it is a nice hotel very big and the pool is nice even do it states that is climate water it was a bit coldish, however for kids it was fun, there is a plaza many food variety one block away, they take you Disney but if you stay for the parade it starts at 22:40 so you will have to take a cab arround 13 euros back :)

Great location for Disney visitors

Adagio Marne Le Valee is always a convenience place to stay for Disney, close enough for a free hotel shuttle 5 minuted into Disney but far enough that you can have a nice evening meal in a non-Disney restaurant, close to a good shopping centre too.

Worth considering

Excellent location well equipped accommodation with a pool. Close to Val D’Europe shopping centre. Shuttle bus transfer which runs regularly to the parks. I would definitely return here if visiting Disneyland again.

I liked the hotel is close to a the mall shopping center, just across the street about 3 minutes walk. The room was bigger than expected which is good. Had a small kitchen with utensils. A shuttle bus to and from Disneyland Paris. The days were very hot the hotel didn't have AC, but they were resourceful by giving Fans for free for guests who ask for it. However, I had to ask 3 or 4 times to understand the schedule and times to get back from Disneyland. Unfortunately, the reception staff although being patient and friendly. They weren't clear enough, and wanted me to just take picture of the scheduling paper. We’re with 2 under 4 children and waiting at the bus stop from Disneyland as I though the bus would arrive at 8.20 pm. However, this was its departure from the hotel but from a different stop. That night we had someone to help us to get the hotel by the regular bus which costs 5€ only cash. Also, there is another Hotel with same name, as a tourist I had to know which one is which. This problem could've been avoided if the communication was clearer.

Easy for families outside Disneyland Paris

Customer service was amazing. Old carpet but clean. Mattresses hard but typical for Paris. Nice to have kitchenette but directions for microwave would have been helpful

We had problem getting in touch with the hotel before arrival. Out plane was delayed and we wanted to make sure we still had the room. Everything was fine and it was a 20-minutes walk to Disneyland which was super nice.

Not very clean and full of silver fish, some of the staff are good and others leave you standing there as if you're an inconvenience. Our room smelled of stale cigarettes and ad i said before it was damp and full of silver fish. Good shuttle to disney and breakfast and pool are good

I normally do not write reviews but this one I would like to write a review based on our experience at this property. Hopefully my review can help other travellers and especially those with small children. We stayed at this property from april 22 to 24, 2023 while visiting Disneyland. The hotel is super outdated and the rooms are so so old with very dirty carpets and beds. On the first day when we checked in, I was really unhappy with the room and the beds and sofa in the room, they were very dirty. We unpacked and at night i gave my kids bath, I was so hesitant to sleep them I was looking around the room and looked up the ceiling there bed bugs in the ceiling. My husband went down and let the reception know. They staff were nice and I could see they were embarrassed themselves too. They changed our room to another room. It looked like an apartment room, had a room upstairs two bunk bed and one sofa bed in the living room. We were so scared we couldn’t use the bunk bed or the upstairs bed room. I did not open my suit case, I kept all my stuff on the table I was scared to keep things on the floor and bring bedbug home with me. God know even if did :( The first night we couldn’t sleep properly. In the morning we went to Disneyland came back really late at night and so tired We slept little bit and checked out at 6 in the morning the next day. this hotel is within a minute of walk from the mall and other amenities but I still think it’s not worth the price.

Room smelled like smoke,sheets, pillows etc... smelled like smoke. No hair dryer in room, paper thin walls with no soundproofing. VERY noisy hotel. Staff were extrememly rude. Staff absent from the desk every time we went to the foyer. Shuttle bus was very inconsistent and had gaps of hours with no service. Pick up and drop were blocks away and shared with several hotels. Stay was paid in full, yet hotel charged extra fees upon arrival.
