The property was exceptionally clean and the staff were welcoming; however, I was surprised to find that the primary sleeping arrangement consisted of a sofa bed alongside a bunk bed rather than a standard bed.

The property was not very clean. The staff was mostly helpful—they were dealing with an unusual heatwave. We were somewhat close to Disney and the metro. Would not be terrible when weather is nice. We did get a fan on the last night of our stay.

The accommodation was reasonable, considering the price paid. The kitchen could have been better equipped but was ok. The room was very small. The pullout coach was a little torn t the edges. The property could use some painting in the passageway etc. it wasn’t luxurious but was practical. Also within close walking distance from grocery stores and restaurants

Hotel was tired and unwelcoming upon arrival and when we had questions throughout our stay. Often being ignored whilst staff were on their phones or having discussions amongst themselves. There was no Aircon in the hotel which was previously present. Durring the 40 degree heatwave it was impossible to sleep and cool down. The saving factor was the pool which although tired was welcome relief from the heat

We were really impressed with our two bed apartment, it had all the cutlery and crockery we could need to cook for ourselves, it was well maintained and clean. The common areas of the building are nicely decorated and inviting, the corridors leading to the apartments look a little worse for wear but once inside the apartment it looked freshly painted. Great shuttle bus up to Disneyland Paris and the train station, we also made use of the pool which was heated and well looked after.

Good room in a great location. One can walk within a few minutes to a nearby park and a large shopping center. Walking to disneyland and the Marne la vallee train station takes around 20 minutes. The room was clean. The only issue that others have also written about is that the corridors are quite old and need a lot of maintenance.

The hotel is undergoing a renovation to some of the rooms and the corridors. The room we were assigned was one of the large family units that caters for up to 6 guests. The place was clean, towels new, kitchenette equipped. The problem was the smell of the paint and the fact it was on the 3rd floor which is fully exposed to the sun in the summer. Without air conditioning, it felt like sleeping in an oven, just terrible. The hotel provided 1 fan for 3 rooms for air circulation which is insufficient. Our visit was in August so perhaps after the fall it will be ok. Windows had no nets, so if you open the windows for fresh air, you are directly exposed to unwelcome insects and spiders. The good thing is that the hotel has a luggage room to cater for storing the luggage if the arrival is early or the departure is late. Walking to Disney is only a 15min walk. Valle Village is just next door less than 50 meters away and similarly Val D'Europe. The swimming pool is not the cleanest and we did not feel comfortable taking a dip despite the scorching heat. All is all, for the price it was ok for the days spent there but the heat made horribly uncomfortable.

This was our second stop on a six city tour of Europe. It was fine and it’s all you can get then you should take it but it was our worst stay. Overall I would look for somewhere else. The property was clean and the rooms were fine but it was awful without AC in the summer. Also the staff was pretty consistently rude. Checkin was slow and it was clear the people there did not like their jobs. Also missing stuff like a broom when there’s no housekeeping and wood floors. Also enjoy sorting your garbage everyday. Anything that was wrong we didn’t want to ask the staff because you always got a sarcastic answer. For the record - most of the people we met in France were perfectly friendly so this wasn’t just a culture thing.
