"This was a great stay my only dissapointment was having purchasing breakfast option we were unable to purchase from the "real" breakfast menu eg porridge or omelet rather restricted to hot buffet."

"Quick overnight trip, came up after being at sport outside in rain, very cold tired and room was so warm, host friendly as it was late check in, very helpful, got me the fan I wanted to. Only slightly negative was bed in main room uncomfortable however rest of stay primo couldn't recommend enough and would definitely stay again thanks "

"Great location walking distance to downtown malls, restaurants, and the iconic train station. Rooms are large, immaculately clean, and had everything you could need including in-room laundry and jacuzzi. All this for a reasonable price. "

The owner was very enthusiastic about Dunedin and gave us great info and a very warm welcome at reception In-room ameneties were great: functional kitchen with a closet full of dinnerware. Spacious dining/living room area. Parking does feel a bit tight if full, but there is turning room towards the back of the lot. We managed to do it even with a larger SUV. "
