"The accommodation was great, the bed gave me a better sleep than my own (Must do something about that) However, the pull down blind on the front door allowed for voyerism. Definitely not satisfactory. Occupants of next unit had same concerns."

The only observation i would make is that there is nowhere in the bathroom to stack your clean cloths when you have a shower. They could have done with a simple towel/cloths rack of even a little table. Regardless we had a lovely stay thank you"

"What a wonderful stay in Dunedin! From the moment I arrived, the property had everything I could have wanted — nothing was missing. The location is absolutely perfect. Waking up to a stunning ocean view from the balcony was a real highlight, and stepping out for a morning/afternoon walk along the beach couldn't have been easier. "Accomodation had been double booked. Instead of cancelling the booking from their end the host messaged me on trivago, since I was expecting a message anyway for the login code, and you have to login to read messages I left it. Host also alerted trivago it was double booked, who did not contact me either. Drove all the way to Dunedin with 2 kids, stranded and nowhere to stay. Spent $400 to stay at scenic circle for the first night, Dunedin was booked out for the second night so we had to drive...

"When we arrived on Saturday,Dunedin was cold,went to our room, that was cold. Put heater on, wasn't really doing the job. Phoned Reception and asked for another heater,much better. We paid for full Breakfast, bacon over cooked, poached eggs cold and mushrooms cold, very disappointing."

"A very easy walk into the centre city and safe to walk at night too. Despite being on a main thoroughfare, there was no audible road noise. This is probably the cleanest accommodation I've ever stayed at. Ive stayed before and will continue to come back, hopefully in a couple of months when all the azaleas and rhododendrons are flowering in the central courtyard."
