"I read several bad reviews about this place, but my family and I had a great experience. I knew going into it that I booked a 2-star hotel, so I wasn’t expecting a luxury suite. Our one-bedroom room w/kitchen was very spacious - like a small apartment - had all the amenities I needed, was clean, and my kids enjoyed the indoor pool quite a bit. Don’t confuse old with dirty. It might be a bit rundown, but everything worked properly, room was quiet, and the beds were comfy…that’s all I really needed. Staff was also very friendly and I saw workers constantly cleaning and maintaining grounds during our 2-night stay. For the price, I would definitely stay again. "

"I was caught in the middle of the situation an old man have disagreement with a maintenance guy and both of them was yelling and screaming each other managers and receptionist they thought it was me I got kicked out for no reason The maintenance guy very aggressive he was yelling and causing and swearing like crazy manager should ask the cleaning lady she witnessed the situation I was up above right next to her and everything happened downstairs"

"If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to check into a 1950s fever dream, look no further. The location is a 10/10, but the hotel itself is a solid "Time Machine Broken." Walking into the lobby felt less like a vacation and more like an estate sale. The air had that signature "Grandma’s Attic" musk, and the reception featured a glass cabinet of snacks that I’m fairly certain have been there since the Eisenhower administration. They’re also still trying to make "DVD Rentals" a paid thing. In 2026 Speaking of charges—bring a kidney if you’re bringing a dog. They "allow" pets, but its $$$ The walls in our one-bedroom were made of what I can only assume was high-quality tissue paper. I didn't just hear the people in the parking lot; I’m pretty sure I’m now legally a witness to their divorce proceedings. Pro-tip: Don't be fooled by the photos. 90% of them are of the fancy, overpriced restaurant next door. Also, the "walk" to the beach is actually a vertical mountaineering expedition.
