The room smelled heavily of bleach and BO, which was a struggle but the window helped a lot with that. Continental breakfast was mostly an assortment of pre packaged muffins and bagels. Not terrible but nothing to write home about. Parking was tough with a long truck but cars would do just fine Super close beach access. Soft bed and plenty of pillows. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

this hotel was relatively clean, and decent for the price. The staff was friendly and kind. The rooms were decent sized, the beds were clean and comfortable. The two big complaints I had were: 1. The breakfast was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I have seen in a long time. The weekend breakfast had bagels, muffins, biscuits and gravy, cereal and oatmeal. Weekday breakfast didn't have the biscuits and gravy. That's it. No protein except the off-brand peanut butter. I haven't seen a breakfast without at least yogurt or hard boiled eggs before. 2. The hotel pool, which I really enjoyed the last time I stayed here, was closed. I was very sad about this, but the person at the front desk did say it would be opening soon, and that they'd done an extensive upgrade on it. It's a good basic hotel, it seems like they're trying to make it nice, and it's still in the process of upgrading. The beds are quite comfortable.

We had a pet friendly room. The floor was not particularly clean, but that is expected being a room with pets. The bathtub was pretty old, and the base was starting to peel. We found a few ants calling on the dresser and a few on our bed. The staff was great unfortunately the pool was closed and the vending machines had expired drinks and snacks. The walls were very thin as we can hear the neighbors very clearly. And our guest above us had a little one running back-and-forth, which vibrated the whole room. Overall, I rate this stay a 2.7 out of five, which I will round up to 3 stars.
